I've been trying to figure this beautiful song out a while now and this seems fairly accurate for strumming 
at least, though I can't seem to get the picking down so if anyone wants to give that a try go ahead.
At the end of the 'refrain' you could go to a G to make a smoother transition into the next verse if you
think that sounds better.
