NOTES
1.  This Wilburys song has been superficially perceived as just a ‘throwaway song’ by sundry articles, 
noting that “…it was just knocked off in a few minutes…”.  The fact that the original song,  has split 
verses with intercut Bass Line fills and 12 sting walking riffs, in Drop D tuning, are all evidence that it 
was a genuinely crafted Pop Song.  It would be unsurprising, if in-fact George had worked it out on a 
ukulele, first? :-R
