Hi. This artist is incredible and surprisingly not yet featured here.
So I am collecting some tabs for my own playing.
Tuning: Standard
Capo 6th fret
So the artist plays this song live with capo 1st fret and that's what I usually prefer but to avoid confusion
I have noted capo 6th fret to accompany the studio recording. Try out both registers.
For reference, I'd advise to watch this performance (1st fret): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dz6sdan6b88

G C D
Well nighttime passes but the dark remains
C D
And I was feeling like a little child but I am loathe to place blame
G C D
On my lioness-esque woman who will go here unnamed
C D G C D
She was looking in me for a lion when she found it so tame (oh)
G C D
On that erstwhile may morning I took the six downtown to Spring
C D
And I was writing something elegiac that I never learned to sing
G C D
But I think it was this song just four years premature
C D
And I remember crossing out the line 'All is fair in love and war'
G C G D
Well if all is fair in love and war
Em F#m/D G C
Then I don't know what we are fighting for
Bm C5 G F#m/D
'Cause my baby, she's a real peach even when the night come crashin' down
Bm C5 Am G* F#* D
Real peach and the nighttime rolls away, alright
G C D
And we're comin' back to the demon-killing work of love (my god)
G C D
Well nighttime passes and the dark retreats
C D
I hand it over to my upper angel who visits me in sleep
G C D
We're in the field beyond the right and wrong and the fallacy of form
C D
Well you can call it what you wanna call it I just say "All is fair in love and war"
G C G D
Well if all is fair in love and war
Em F#m/D G C
Then I don't know what we are fighting for
G C G D
So if we don't care to fight no more
Em F#m/D G C
Let's go upstairs and let's shut the door
Bm C5 G F#m/D
'Cause my baby, she's a real peach even when the night come crashin' down

Real peach and the nighttime rolls away, alright
